Item fails to power on, and;
-WAS installed by Mr. Burgundy’s Audio, leave items installed and contact us. We will perform the Testing, Removal and Replacement, or provide a Refund for the desired items.

-WAS NOT installed by Mr. Burgundy’s Audio, leave items installed and contact us. Depending on the details of your request, it may be necessary for us to inspect the installation performed on your vehicle.

-If, it has been determined that an improper installation of product has been performed, all, warranties and refunds, may, become void for that item(s).

-If, no indication of an improper installation is found, then, a replacement item, or refund will be provided.

*Installation tips-
-Always disconnect the negative battery terminal and any power fuses, before attempting 
 to remove or install any Receiver or Amplifier you purchase.
-Always double check your wiring before reconnecting your power and ground. It is very easy to damage these
items as well as any electrical instruments in your vehicle, through improper installation.
